Day 1 – Full-Body strength and running
Day 2 – Full-Body strength
Day 3 – Beach-body session (optional)
Day 4 – Field based session (sprinting and running conditioning)
Monday-Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm and 6:30-7:30pm
Tuesday-Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm and 6:30-7:30pm
Friday (bonus session) 7:00am-6:00pm
Duration: The program will run for 9 weeks. Starting on Monday the 12th of October and finishing on Saturday the 12th of December.
