We request two weeks notice in writing for all account holds on any of our Rehabilitation Plans. For all Performance Program and Online membership plans, we request notice at least two weeks prior to the next 5-week training block commencing. This ensures that we don’t allocate time programming in advance for you only to find out you won’t be at the facility. If you put your account on hold, please note that this will extend the duration of your membership. Once received, you’ll get an email from Ryan who will confirm your request.
