Individual Programming

These are our main memberships. We offer individualised programming for anyone with a specific goal, whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, sports performance or health, we can create a program that is tailored to your needs.

Before you come and see us for you first session you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire that will give our coaches an in-depth look into your training history, current activity and training goals. From there you will complete two Performance Testing sessions with your Personal Coach, these sessions will help us define your strengths and what you might need to work on. With all this information we can create a program that focuses on your specific needs and training goals. In a third session your Personal Coach will go through your results and walk you through your program.

Each program is 4 weeks in length, in your last week (week 4) of your program, your coach will contact you and together you can discuss any changes needed moving into the next cycle (4 weeks). When you have completed 3 cycles (12 weeks) your Personal Coach will contact you to organise two Performance Testing sessions so you can see the progress you have made. From there we go again establishing new goals and targets for you to work towards.
