Power-Up is a pre-season sports performance program designed for athletes wanting to become more resilient, outlast their competition and dominate their sport. Power-Up is more than just a program it’s a full high performance experience that will include;

Day 1 – Full-Body strength/power and off-feet conditioning
Day 2 – Beach-body session (optional)
Day 3 – Full-Body strength/power and technical running/agility
Tuesday or Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm
Friday (bonus session) 7:00am-6:00pm
Duration: The program will run for 9 weeks. Starting on Monday the 11th of January and finishing on Saturday the 13th of March.
